No, this is actually the perfect time. Most mistakes happen during the appointment phase—hiring the wrong team or signing a lease with hidden defects. By engaging me before you hire the build team, we can vet the professionals, review the lease, and set the budget correctly from day one.
I don't replace your architect; I enable them. Architects design the vision; I manage the delivery. I act as the conductor, coordinating the architect, engineers, and contractors to ensure the design is built to code, on budget, and on time. I protect the "Critical Path" so your design team can focus on design.
For full Turnkey Project Management (where I take daily operational control of the site), yes. I operate primarily in the Western Cape to ensure I can be physically present to enforce standards. For high-level strategic consulting or compliance auditing, I can advise remotely or travel as required.
